These general conditions of sale are agreed between the online store www.estorilracinglab.com, created by the company RACE-IT, LDA., with NIF 518 279 618, with registered office at Beloura Office Park, Rua do Centro Empresarial, nº 13, Floor 0, Store 9, 2710-001 Sintra and users who shop here.
When purchase at www.estorilracinglab.com, you must provide an email address or other means of contact, so that orders are properly processed and used for contact in case of any need. It is assumed that the data provided is valid data, so that losses due to incorrect data will not result in any refund.
OBJECT
The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all the information necessary for the user regarding ordering, selling, paying and enjoying the purchase made on the www.estorilracinglab.com website.
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the tracking of this order between the Contracting Parties.
Estoril Racing Lab reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the online store, its services and the general conditions of use, with the exception of purchases already made and in progress. These modifications will serve to improve the online store, simultaneously improving the services offered to the user.
PRODUCT, SERVICE AND INFORMATION
Estoril Racing Lab will do everything possible to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, and these will be promptly corrected whenever these occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics to those presented online, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms (right of free termination). Please note that in certain situations the images may be merely illustrative and do not compromise the characteristics of the products presented.
Information on price, products, specifications, promotional activities and services may be changed at any time by Estoril Racing Lab.
BUY
To make a purchase, the user must:
- Register on the website www.estorilracinglab.com, providing the requested information.
- Complete the information and choose the options made available to you throughout the process (indicate your email, payment method, as well as the CPF and name that, for tax purposes, you wish to appear on the invoice).
Completion of the purchase by the user is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the general conditions of sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
SECURE PAYMENT
We guarantee secure payment through data encryption (indicated by HTTPS in the URL) and offer payment methods such as MB Way and PayPal, which use biometric authentication and tokens to protect your transactions.
Payments made using credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entities. However, if the bank card issuer does not authorize the payment, Estoril Racing Lab cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the item(s).
Estoril Racing Lab cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from failures or delays in electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties, or computer programs used for communications, or transmission of viruses.
This information is confidential and will not be used by Estoril Racing Lab except to carry out the necessary procedures for purchasing or refunding (in the case of a return).
PAYMENT FORM

ATM (entity/reference), MBWay, Visa and Paypal.
PRICES
Prices are presented in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
The prices of products presented at www.estorilracinglab.com are subject to change without prior notice. However, the prices shown when completing the order will be those used for that purchase.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times for mainland Portugal: In-stock items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Out-of-stock items require pre-validation by the sales team. After this validation and order verification, shipping times vary between 10 and 15 business days.
Other destinations: In-stock items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days (with delivery expected within 10 days). Out-of-stock items require pre-validation by the sales team. After this validation and order verification, shipping times vary between 10 and 15 business days (with delivery expected within 20 days).
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the average weight/item. The amount is displayed at the checkout stage.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY
Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product to notify us of your cancellation.
Method of Communication: Notify the store via email at info@estoril@racinglab.com, indicating the order/invoice number.
Product Return: After notifying us of your cancellation, return the item to our address provided on the order. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial payment method, or, if this is not possible, a purchase credit for the same amount.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalized products (with names or logos for example) or to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have already been opened (such as underwear).
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All product/service names and titles used on the website www.estorilracinglab.com are trademarks or names of Estoril Racing Lab or registered trademarks and registered names of other holders. The user is not authorized to use or reproduce any of these trademarks or registered names as this constitutes a violation of the rights of the holders.
Everything relating to the design, texts, documents, films, music or other services of Estoril Racing Lab, the selection and organization thereof, as well as the entire software compilation and all other materials on the website are the property of Estoril Racing Lab.
DISCLAIMER – TECHNICAL
Estoril Racing Lab is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused to the user, such as interruption of access to the website or any other service provided through it, external intrusion, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may result in temporarily interrupt access, navigation and provision of services to users through the website, nor for any computer viruses that may infect the device through which the user accesses the website or any other force majeure event.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
To reduce any and all emerging conflicts, under the terms of these general conditions of sale, Portuguese law will apply, with its courts being exclusively competent to resolve disputes, with the competent forum being the Judicial Court of the West Lisbon District – Sintra Central Unit.
RIGHT OF RESOLUTION (according to art 10, of DL 24/2014, of 14 Feb)
The user can exercise the right of withdrawal without any compensation being required, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer purchases the service, and must therefore communicate their decision via email at info@estorilracinglab.com
The refund of the amount will be made by bank transfer. Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of the free resolution
